Cancel anytime for a 100% refund. Email us or use the link in your confirmation email.

Price drop guarantee

If your edition gets cheaper before launch, we refund the difference automatically within 5 business days.

After release

Unused codes can be refunded within 30 days if the code was never redeemed on PSN or Xbox Live.

Not refundable

Once a code is redeemed or activated, no refund is possible.

Processing time

Refunds take 5–7 business days to process. Your bank may take up to 10 extra days to show the credit.
